Appointments must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be rescheduled or shortened at the provider’s discretion. If you miss an appointment without prior notice, you may be required to prepay for future services.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be used within their validity period, as expired gift cards cannot be redeemed. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment, discrimination, or misconduct, will result in termination of services.
